What Is Caesar Cipher?

The oldest known encryption attributed to Julius Caesar (shift 3). Simple substitution shifting each letter. Preserves case. Only 25 shifts — trivially breakable. ROT13 (shift 13) is self-inverse. Pure JavaScript.
